Well i thought i better post as it's been a while.. Not much really to tell. I'm still maintaining my weight and usually sit between 49.9 and 51 so i fluctuate a kilo. I can go up and then down then up again. I just keep on top of any gain and just drink more water or up the exercise. Usually it's because of a weekend away or a night out and that doesn't happen too often so that's cool. So all is going well..
