Well today i weighed in and I'm still the same so maintenance is going well. I posted the link on ww forum for people to have a look. I hope you can see the difference.. I am a little dissappointed that i don't have alot of before shots. I may be able to find some in the drawer and get my hubby to scan them. But definately have none on the computer.

All the pics were taken very recently except the CHUBBY one and the honeymoon one. Some were taken only yesterday.

I hope I get some responses.

When I first started my weight loss, 2 years after the birth of my third baby, I weighed 64.5 kilos (I am only 5'1"). I managed to get down to 57 kilos on my own, mainly through exercise, and though that was enough. However, I couldn't maintain the time and energy of running 5-7ks every second day and the weigh crept back up to 62. That's when I join WW online two years ago. Just like you I found it to be a great program and over a course of 6 months I got down to 54 kilos - looking and feeling great.

Over the last eighteen months I started to get a bit complacent and got back up to 57k's - so I am back again online.

The good thing about losing slowly is it comes back slowly. I now watch my portions and do moderate exercise that i know I can sustain after WW.

My personal goal is 52 kilos - you look great in your photos so I feel even more motivated now.
